“Deko-Cycle” – circuit for printed plastics

The project partners of “DekoCycle” developed a circular economy concept to process heavily printed die-cut grids without waste and produce reprintable plastic sheets on a 100 percent recycled basis. The_{CO2 savings potential} is enormous. “Waste-free upcycling with direct recycling is the pinnacle of material recycling,” says project coordinator Hannes Meier of M2 Consulting. The Plastics Cluster accompanied the project, in which Filzwieser also participated as a value-added partner for the production of films.
